Hey guys, I’m trying to raise some funds for my mom’s 50th birthday surprise. Her birthday is in 2 weeks, and I have an idea for something really cool, but really expensive (being out of work doesn’t help either). She means the world to me though, so here I am selling my signed Honda Civic Tour EP. It pains me a little, but anything for my momma <3 So please bid on it, and help me make her 50th a really special one! If I can raise enough and am able to pull off the surprise, I’ll post pictures! This past week I got to attend two awesome shows. The first of which was Paramore at the 98.7 Penthouse. I’ve been lucky enough to attend quite a few Penthouse performances, and the only thing I hate about them is that they have to end. You’re sitting on a rooftop with a small group of people listening to your favorite bands and the vibe is just amazing. “In the Mourning/Landslide” live is one of my favorites. The second show was Keaton Henson at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. It was at the Masonic Lodge there, and the venue was just perfect for Keaton’s style. I especially loved the balloons that were strung up throughout the venue. I highly recommend checking his music out if you like haunting, guitar-heavy folk/indie music.
